Abyss went up against Monty Brown and Raven in a Monsters Ball Match.

The match soon went into the crowd, Abyss hit Raven and Monty Brown over the head with a trash can.

We were shown a hooded figure in the rafters, and then back in the ring Abyss gave Brown Shock Treatment. Raven drilled Abyss into a chair with a drop toe hold.

Abyss hit Brown with the Black Hole Slam. But the ref was down and couldn’t count the pin. Abyss then went under the ring and pulled out a bag of thumbtacks, pouring them on the canvas.

He then had Monty on the top rope, but Raven powerbombed Abyss onto all the thumbtacks. Raven covered Abyss but he only got a two count. Raven then knocked Abyss off the apron through a table.

Raven himself then got a pounce through a table by Brown, and Brown got the pinfall.

This was the first ever Monsters Ball Match, and the first time Abyss had thumbtacks used in a match.
