Abyss took on Jeff Hardy and Hardy didn’t wait for the bell and attacked Abyss straight away. Hardy went for a dive, but Abyss caught him and drilled him into the ring post.

Mitchell passed Abyss a chair, but the lights went out and Sabu was shown at ringside with the barbed wire chair. Hardy took the chair from Abyss and drilled him with it, then a Twist of Fate for the pin.

Following the match, Sabu tried to attack Abyss with the barbed wire steel chair.

This was Abyss and Jeff Hardy’s last match for almost 5 years. This was also Jeff Hardy’s last singles match in TNA until 2010.
