We get shown a video package featuring Abyss. Scott Hudson was backstage looking for Abyss, but he found Goldylocks, who he questioned her different persona’s that she has been using. She has no idea what he is on about. She told Hudson to get out.

This was titled a “Special Challenge Match”, with Abyss taking on Sabu. It only took a few minutes for this match to end up outside, Sabu set up a table, but Abyss attacked him and took him back into the ring. Sabu soon managed to get a chair and use it to his advantage.

Abyss tried to put Sabu through the table, but Sabu laid Abyss on the table and hit a springboard leg drop through the table.

Goldylocks came down to the ring and told Abyss to get back in the ring. She then distracted the ref and even slapped him as Sabu had Abyss pinned. The ref got knocked down by Abyss, causing him to get disqualified. He then went for his chain and started choking Sabu with it, until Erik Watts came down.

This was the first time Abyss and Sabu had a singles match.
