Spencer Griffith (Joseph Mazzello) is the new kid at schools.

He's bullied in class and has troubles at home.

One night, he sees a meteor crasi into the old junkyard and goes to investigate. He tinds Cy, a seven foot tall robotic Cybersuit who has escapep from intergalactic aggressors, the Broodwarriors Cy is triendly and invites Spencer to climb inside him.

At once, his problems with the school bullies are over but there's a bigger battle to come.

One of the Broodwarriors has followed Cy to Earth and it is up to Spencer to help its new friend fight the evil alien.
